Experienced Admin assistant Part time 16 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a business administrator to join our team in a joint role for Larsen’s Accountants Limited and Larsen’s Properties Limited.

Working as part of our small team at our offices in Withernsea the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinating repairs and maintenance on our properties
• Communicating with tenants and landlords
• Meeting with contractors on site in Hull and Withernsea
• Updating and maintaining the post and telephone records
• Ensuring client records and systems are kept up to date
• Answering telephones
• Preparing, amending and formatting documents
• Banking
• Dealing with all administration duties in the office

What we are looking for:
• A full driving licence
• Experience in using MS Word and Excel
• The ability to balance priorities to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or on their own
• A keen eye for detail

Salary is dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will be available for 4 afternoons per week.
Normal office hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, but flexibility may be required during busy periods.
